Pursuant to Article 34 of Law on Organization of Courts (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, no.116/08 and 104/09) and Article 45-48 of the Court Rules of Procedure (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, no.110/09), taking into consideration opinions of judges, Acting President of the Administrative Court has determined annual task in the Administrative Court for 2012.
According to the Provisions of the Article 34 Law on Organization of Courts (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, no.116/08, 104/09 and 101/10) and Article 45-48 of the Court Rules of Procedure (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, no.110/09), Acting President of the Administrative Court has determined modification and addition of the annual task in the Administrative Court for 2012.
Pursuant to Article 12 of the Court Rules of Procedure, and taking into consideration annual report on the work of the Administrative Court during the period from 01/01 to 31/12/2011, The Plan for Resolving of Old Cases was passed.
