Foundation Course on International Protection – Asylum Procedures, Qualification for International Protection, Evidence and Credibility Assessment

The European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA) organized a course entitled: “Foundation Course on International Protection – Asylum Procedures, Qualification for International Protection, Evidence and Credibility Assessment”, held in Valletta, Republic of Malta, from 8 to 11 July 2025, attended by the Administrative Court Judge Jelena Tišma Jovanović. During the four-day training, 30 judges of the administrative courts from European countries participated in the case studies and discussions in which, divided into groups, they discussed specific cases and the case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
