Within the cooperation with the Representation of the UNHCR in Serbia, the Administrative Court participated in the Second Round Table on Asylum in the Republic of Serbia, which was held on November 25th, 2025 in Belgrade. Participants were addressed within the introductory session by Mr. Soufiane Adjali, the UNCHR Representative in Serbia, Judge Radojka Marinković, the President of the Administrative Court, Mr. Branislav Stojanović, Assistant Minister at the Ministry of Justice, Mr. Vladan Radosavljević, Assistant Director of the Police, Ms. Danijela Nedić, Acting Assistant of the Commisioner for Refugees and Migration and Mr. Dario Di Benedetto from the EU Delegation to Serbia .
Within the first session “Asylum System in Serbia: National Capacities and Contemporary Challenges”, Judge Tatjana Popara from the Administrative Court spoke about jurisdiction and acting of the Administrative Court in cases related to asylum. Within the same session, the representatives of the Asylum Office, Asylum Commission, Commissariat for Refugees and Migration and representatives of the civil organizations addressed the topic. After a short break, the Dean of the Law Faculty University of Belgrade, Professor Bojan Milisavljević, together with the Law Faculty professors: Prof. Dr. Ivana Krstić, Prof. Dr. Marko Davinić, Prof. Dr. Bojana Čučković, Dr. Marija Vlajković and junior teaching assistant Anja Memeti presented the “Analysis of the Asylum System in the Republic of Serbia: legal framework and challenges”.
Within the last session, Mr. Soufiane Adjali, the UNCHR Representative in Serbia, H.E. Silvia Davidoiu, the Ambasadror of the Romania in the Republic of Serbia, Mr. Richard Kohli from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and Ms. Maria Gligioli from the EU Agency for Asylum (EUAA) spoke about the “Partnership towards sustainable systems”.
Beside the stated participants, representatives of the Commissariat for Refugees and Migration, Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs, Ministry of Interior and representatives of the civil sector participated at the Round Table.
