The Supreme Court and the High Council of the Judiciary of the Republic of Serbia organized the Annual Conference of Judges of the Republic of Serbia in Vrnjačka Banja, from 22nd until 23rd May 2025. The Conference was officially opened on the first workday with the opening speech of the President of the Supreme Court, Judge Jasmina Vasović. On the first workday of the Conference, Judge Jelena Ivanović, a judge in the Specialized Panel for Administrative Matters of the Civil Department of the Supreme Court, presided over the Administrative Section on the topic of: “Conflict of Jurisdictions in the Current Administrative Judicial Case-law”. Within the same panel, judge of the Administrative Court Zorica Kitanović presented the paper on the same topic. On the second workday of the Conference, Judge Željko Škorić, a judge in the Specialized Panel for Administrative Matters of the Civil Department of the Supreme Court presided over the Administrative Section on the topic of: “Legal Standing to File a Lawsuit due to the Silence of Administration in the Administrative Dispute”. Within the same panel, judge of the Administrative Court Tatjana Popara presented the paper on the same topic. The Annual Conference of Judges of the Republic of Serbia was participated by the President of the Administrative Court Judge Radojka Marinković, the President of the Case-law Department Judge Vera Marinković, Judge Tatjana Popara, Judge Zorana Brajović, Judge Jelica Pajović, Judge Ksenija Ivanović, Judge Vesna Čogurić, Judge Jelena Nikolić, Judge Gordana Nikolić Vrbaški, Judge Nenad Stojanović and Judge Slobodan Marijan.
