Judges of the Administrative Court, Tija Bošković and Katarina Pecić Ilić participated in the study visit to Strasbourg, the French Republic, in the period between 14th and 17th May 2025 in order to take part in the work of the High-level Roundtable on the topic of “Judicial dialogue through the case-law of the CJEU, EctHR and national courts in the field of international protection”, which was organized by the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA), in cooperation with the European Court of Human Rights, the European Court of Justice, the International Association of Refugee and Migration Judges (IARMJ) and the Association of European Administrative Judges (AEAJ). During this two-day event, the participants were given opportunity to listen to the presentations on the following subjects: effective access to the asylum procedure; the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights; human rights and global standards of international protection in armed conflict. During the discussion, the participants had the opportunity to exchange the experiences and insights regarding the issues in the field of asylum and migrations.
