The President of the Administrative Court, Judge Radojka Marinković; along with Judge Minja Bikicki and Head of the Office of the Court President Dragana Vasić, participated in a two-day Seminar entitled: „Climate Change / Climate Crisis – Overtourism“, which was held in Athens on 10th and 11th November, 2025. The Seminar was organized by the ACA-Europe and the Greek Council of State, within the Greek presidency of the ACA-Europe. On the first day of the Seminar the main theme was „Climate Change / Climate Crisis”, and the participants held their presentations divided in two panels. In the first panel, regarding the International and European dimensions, the lectures were: President of the Supreme Administrative Court of Finland, Judge Kari Kuusiniemi, Mr. Linos-Alexandros Siciliano and Mr. Ilias Plakokefalos, professors of the International Law at the University of Athens, as well as Mr. Panagiotis Vogiatzis from the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Within the second panel, in relation to the national dimension of climate changes, which was moderated by Mr. Liv Spielman from Luxembourg, the lecturers were: Theodora Ziamou and Dimitrios Pyrgakis from the Greek State of Council. The panel was followed by oral presentations of representatives from Portugal, Czech Republic, Estonia and Serbia, with overview of national legislation in the given area.
Judge Radojka Marinković, President of the Administrative Court of the Republic of Serbia held the presentation within the panel “The National dimension”, speaking about national legislation in the field of environmental protection, adopted in line with the fulfillment of the obligations arising from the ratified international agreements and harmonization with the EU acquis, taking into account relevant case-law.

The main theme on the second day of the Seminar was “Overtourism” and it was discussed by the representatives of Greece, Italy, Lithuania and Spain. The Administrative Court of the Republic of Serbia actively participates in the work of the ACA-Europe, with the objective of interactive exchange of experiences and knowledge, and observance of current case-law and comparative legislation.
