Judges of the Administrative Court participated in the first in a series of eight trainings for trainers entitled: “EU Trademark and Industrial Design Protection”, which was held on April 10, 2025, and organized by the Judicial Academy, as part of collaboration within the “EU Support for Internal Market” Project. The training was held by a Judge Ioanna Mamali from the Court of Appeals in Piraeus who covered the topics related to the legislative review and case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Union in the field of industrial design in the EU. The training was complemented with a workshop based on practical cases of the Court of Justice of the European Union, along with constructive and useful discussion. The training was attended by the judges of the Administrative Court, including: Judge Minja Bikicki, Judge Jelena Đorić Vujačić, Judge Milena Simović and Judge Vesna Martinović.
