Seminar on the topic: “Legal Protection in Public Procurement Procedures”

On 1st April 2024 the Seminar on the topic: “Legal Protection in Public Procurement Procedures” was held in Belgrade, organized by the NALED and the Judicial Academy, as part of the series of trainings within the “Public Procurement and Good Governance for Enhanced Competitiveness” Project. The Seminar was attended by judges and judicial assistants of the Administrative Court, while the President of the Administrative Court, Judge Radojka Marinković gave an opening speech, emphasizing the importance of the administrative judiciary in public procurement procedures. Prof. Dr Dobrosav Milovanović, Professor of the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade and Public Procurement Consultant Blaženka Stojanović were lecturers at the Seminar and they presented the significance and protection before the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, as well as special powers and penal provisions.
