The President of the Administrative Court Judge Radojka Marinković participated in the online format of the seminar: “New elements in the organization and functioning of Public Administration and Administrative Justice” on May 15th, 2026, organized by the “ACA-Europe” and the Hellenic Council of State, within the Hellenic presidency of the “ACA-Europe”. The seminar encompassed two working sessions that included the presentation of the General report of participating countries that provided the overview of their competences, including the following topics: “Alternative methods for resolving administrative disputes”, addressed by the representatives of the Great Britain, Greece, Ukraine and Slovenia, and “New models of organization and functioning of the Public Administration and Administrative Justice”, addressed by the representatives of Spain, Greece, Switzerland, Portugal, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Austria. The Administrative Court actively participates in the activities of the “ACA-Europe” with the aim of interactive exchange of knowledge and experiences, as well as monitoring of current case-law and comparative legislation.
